Taylor and Fraser's core business is providing a comprehensive service for the design, supply, installation and commissioning of Mechanical Services for clients, throughout the UK. We are proud of our reputation and heritage, and that the name Taylor and Fraser has been synonymous with many major high quality installations since 1905 and that we continue to be regarded as leaders within our Industry.

Our experienced team, who manage all activities, works closely with all parties to bring about the successful completion of projects. We believe that a co-operative team approach produces the best results for Clients, Designer and Contractors.

We undertake a vast range of new build, refurbishment, alteration and upgrade of projects. These projects are predominantly within the commercial, industrial, retail, healthcare, education, penal, leisure, ecclesiastical and food production sectors.

When Clients have a need to carry out improvements where there are a high proportion of M & E services to be undertaken, we are often invited to fulfil the role of Principal Contractor managing "All Trades". Taylor and Fraser has established relationships with other respected organisations such as Electrical and Plumbing firms enabling Taylor and Fraser to lead multi-disciplined services works.

Part and parcel of our heritage is in the specialised field of Estate Lodges and Country Houses. Given the nature of these works, and that they are often remotely located, a high degree of planning, care and supervision is provided. Allied to this market are numerous refurbishments of Historic and Listed buildings. Our experience in this area is revered.

We employ an excellent and longstanding direct labour force, which is totally committed to training and development in order to continually produce the highest quality of workmanship in a safe and productive manner.
