Background.

Taylor and Fraser is a family business established in 1905. The origins of the Company are mechanical services, however this has evolved with the introduction and addition of a construction division.

We are a privately owned Scottish Company with a sound financial base, built up through years of careful management. This has allowed the Company to pursue, independently, a programme of controlled growth within carefully selected markets.

Inherent to the Company's success has been the deliverance of the highest standards in health and safety, quality and efficiency. Adopting these same key principles has now allowed for the establishment of a strong base in Construction significantly within the Central Belt but also in the North of Scotland and England.

We undertake an extensive range of new build, refurbishment and alteration projects and are Constructionline registered for projects up to the value of £5 million. These projects are predominantly within the healthcare, education, industrial and penal sectors.

The Company has an enviable Client base, public and private, with much repeat business through Client satisfaction. This is testament to our long-term standing and experienced management team, which has successfully completed many demanding construction projects safely and efficiently.
