Taylor and Fraser has been involved with interesting and challenging projects at a number of the worlds leading hotels.

The Old Course Hotel, a Five Star hotel with golf and spa facilities in St Andrews, Fife. Works include renewal of mechanical plant and distribution services as part of a refurbishment of bedroom accommodation. In addition Taylor and Fraser has also been closely involved with the spa, a magnificent award winning facility.

The Gleneagles Hotel, a Five Red Star golf resort, in Perthshire, Scotland. Taylor and Fraser has been involved in a number of significant projects at Gleneagles. First of all the company undertook the Braid House development, value £1,300,000 which included extending the resort with a further 59 bedrooms and 4 syndicate rooms. A year later the company undertook the boiler plant renewal project, value £480,000, involving the complete replacement of the main hotel boiler plant. One of the most interesting aspects of that project is that it was undertaken whilst the hotel remained in full operation.
