We have been involved with a programme of works at a number of the worlds leading hotels.

The Gleneagles Hotel, a Five Red Star golf resort, in Perthshire. We undertook the Braid House development, value £1,300,000 which included extending the resort with a further 59 bedrooms and 4 syndicate rooms. A year later we undertook the boiler plant renewal project, value £480,000, involving the complete replacement of the main hotel boiler plant, undertaken whilst the hotel remained in full operation.

The Old Course Hotel, a Five Star hotel with golf and spa facilities in St Andrews, Fife. Works include renewal of mechanical plant and distribution services as part of a refurbishment of bedroom accommodation. In addition we have also been closely involved with the spa, a magnificent award winning facility.
