Our core business is in the area of Commercial and Industrial Mechanical services, which includes design when appropriate, supply, delivery, installation and commissioning. Allied to the core mechanical business are related services, such as electrical and medical gases trades, which we undertake with tried and tested sub-contractors. This allows us to provide Clients with the very best service, with contractors who specialise in their own disciplines. Our staff are trained and familiar with managing major projects in this manner.

All Trades Management

A unique selling point of Taylor and Fraser is our All Trades Management team. We undertake the Principal Contractor role for "All Trades" works. This is very useful to Clients seeking refurbishment of buildings such as in healthcare, office and education sectors. This activity is managed by a dedicated team, which specialises in principal contracting.

The company also undertakes budget plans and provides detailed information on relevant cost comparisons and procurement periods as well as advice on programme period.

We are regularly invited to advise on potential projects, such as the services strategy and generally assist Clients and Design Teams utilising our experience to ensure projects run smoothly, are cost effective and ultimately meet and exceed expectations.
